Summary/Abstract: Supervision may be a method supporting teachers’ work. In its theoretical part the article shows a method of group psychodynamic peer supervision. Ten it describes creativity. It also shows the criteria of creativity in the work of a university teacher.Te next part of the article presents the methodology and analysis of the results of the research conducted by the author. Te research was carried out during four workshops including peer supervision conducted by academic teachers involved in the Christian Science Workers Forum. Te workshops took place during their ten-day holiday. Te research on the level of commitment in the workshops was accompanied by the creativity study done with use of KNH Questionnaire, research on level of creativity in everyday lectures and in paper assessment. On the basis of these studies,relations between understood in different ways creativity and commitment to peer workshops supervision have been observed.
