Summary/Abstract: Neighbors’ propagandas acting on the ground of Macedonia used various infiltration methods. One of the most convincing methods was action with the youth in the boarding schools by organizing regular health protection. Boarding schools were opened in all bigger schools, pro-gymnasiums, gymnasiums, pedagogic and theological schools mainly aimed at education and shaping students in future supporters of their policies. Most of them originated from poor families and obtained scholarship from the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople, Bulgarian Exarchate and Serbian government. Schools in bigger cities usually had their physician who took care of the students’ health in the boarding school. They were obliged provide medical check twice a year. They delivered to the principals or metropolitans a report on the number of diseased and character of the disease. To attract supporters, propagandas often used the methods of free treatment for the poor population.
