Summary/Abstract: Georges Perec is recurring in "W or the memory of childhood" to the idea of "autobiographical fiction" to mark a mental operation, but which engages him anyway psychologically: talking about oneself, the absence of his parents, without to discover oneself, without suffering, without saying too much, by canceling one's memory, filling up absences and emptiness, going beyond fear by writing; autobiography is constructed here by oblique ways, inventing new strategies, from amnesia to obsession.
