Summary/Abstract: Art education occurs in educational policies all over the world. However, arts education is approached differently in different countries. For example, a major feature of curricular approaches in developed countries is the emphasis laid on using technology in comparison with developing countries, the latter being more concerned with the transmission of cultural values by already established and known means.
