SOME MODERN ASSESSMENT METHODS OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN THE COMMUNICATIONS AND IT FIELD

Summary/Abstract: Evaluation is, with the transmission of knowledge by the trainer and acquisition by those who are trained, a fundamental operational component of military educational process. This is the regulating and self-regulating element, reverse connection through the adopted training system.Considering the permanent concern to ensure the principle of training compatibility, with modern armies from NATO, by the choice of similar effective training forms, methods and the evaluation importance as a distinct stage in the training process, with his correction effect, in this paper are analyzed and proposed the most assessment affordable and effective methods in communication and IT, with suggestions for use in the training institutions.
