Summary/Abstract: Purpose:The performance evaluation of the maintenance personnel in a production operation that implements Total Productive Maintenance is carried out from collected data via a form recommended by the implementation. This form consists of two parts, consisting of the filled section based on the subjective opinion of the maintenance supervisor and the work points of the staff. In the results obtained from these chapters, there is a difference in the personnel order. The difference in the ranking of the subject scores with the subjective rating order requires a new ranking to be calculated. In this study, it is aimed to make an objective ranking between performance evaluation scores.Method:Because of the advantage in lineer normalization and conciliatory solution proposal, VIKOR method is used among multi-criteria decision making methods for objective ranking among performance evaluation scores. Criterion weights are determined by the entropy weighting method.Findings:The performance evaluation form of 14 maintenance working in the production operation was studied and the 10 criteria on which the performance evaluation is based are considered as a multi-criteria decision making problem. In the present implementation, the operator has been working to solve the problem of having multiple employees in the same order.Conclusion:Entropy-based ranking positively perceives the fact that there are no personnel sharing the same order and that the ranking of supervisor and total performance rankings are common.
