Summary/Abstract: Aim: The aim this study is to give opinion about outsourcing service models at occupational health and safety. Besides as a service model belongs to this,Joint Health and Safety Unit will be analysed at the case of Sakarya province.Method: The study conducted with 18 interviews which are placed in Sakarya Joint Health and Safety Units (JHSU).Findings: As far as we can tell from interviews there are not any kind of deficiency about legislature and technical procedure, but there someproblems at service practices.Results: There are some taken advices from JHSUs about application of the procedure’s deficiencies
