Summary/Abstract: The Standing Orders of the Sejm imposes a duty on a committee chair, upon a motion,to convene a committee sitting in order to consider a case described in the motion.The sitting should be held within 30 days after the submission of the motion In casethe subject of the sitting convened pursuant to Article 152 para. 2 is a discreet issue,it shall be held in camera. The committee chair should undertake actions to organisea sitting in such circumstances.
