Summary/Abstract: The Internet is now an indispensable part of social as well as economic life around the world. As a relatively new place of entrepreneur’s activity, the Internet may also be a place of various types of law malfeasance. On the Internet, there are also more and more new, specific kinds of indications of unfair competition. The fundamental problem, which meets at that prevention practices, is the fact that in relation to unfair online trading there are no separate regulations. This article aims to provide the sample characteristic of the Internet environmental practices, which can be regarded as acts of predatory competition and ways of its legal interpretation. The analysis refers to the issue of encounter between unfair competition norms and the new methods of its practice - the main objective is to assess whether the existing legal standards are an adequate legal framework to protect against this type of fraudulent behavior on the Internet.
