Summary/Abstract: In the article, the archived documents, related to the Bulgarian volunteers who served in the Russian army in Russian-Turkish wars at the end of the 18th – beginning of the 19th c. Documents expose direct participation in battle actions of Bulgarian volunteers, their subsequent resettling terms of residence and desire to serve in the Danube Cossack army.
