Summary/Abstract: The article is the result of scientific research on the introduction of Logistics (administration) as an independent service, separated from the other services of the Romanian Armed Forces. It presents documentary sources that support the emergence of Logistics (Administration) and testimonies of those who committed the truly historical acts of founding this category of forces.
