Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the conflict over the Constitutional Tribunal in Poland that started in late 2015 and turned into a constitutional crisis in 2016. The article presents the causes and main aspects of the conflict, focusing on the government’s refusal to publish the verdict of the Constitutional Tribunal and the consequences thereof for the effectiveness of the protection of constitutional rights.
