Summary/Abstract: The text examines opportunities for improving the training process in professional disciplines through the participation of companies as real trainers in conducting the production practice of the students. The process of reconciling the professional profile of the profession, the standard and the professional competencies, the participation of business representatives in the examination commissions for conducting the qualification exams and in supporting the disadvantaged young people is presented.Current problems with this type of training are also discussed.
