Data protection within the information security in slovakia

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to identify possible threats which could affect data protection within information security and consequently define possible measures for prevention of these threats. Everybody is aware of the importance, delicacy and value of the processed data but their safety and devices security which processed this data is still not underestimated. Sustainability of information security is nowadays very difficult process from the time and financial point of view in the whole society. Issue with provision of information security persists even it is provisioned at the maximal possible level. By using sophisticated or simple sociotechnics might the perpetrator jump partially or even whole protection of information systems.
