An evaluation of the urban public policy concerning the social exclusion, with examples from the cities of Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to analyze and evaluate the urban policies concerning the social exclusion. Analyzed polices have been introduced in the two biggest cities in Brazil: Sao Paulo, the most populated city in South America and Rio de Janeiro, the iconic city of this country.
