Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to point out the grammatical casuistry linked to the so-called mass-neuter in Asturian common speech. It will show how, in Asturian noun morphology, neuter agreement involves the expression of different semantic categories (animacy, eventivity, distributivity, singulativeness), apart from typical mass references.
