Summary/Abstract: Our research is dedicated to the so-called privacy. The work comprises several sections. The beginning is dedicated to certain root words and to the work plan. The reader will be warned just from the beginning: the respective work comes into prominence in the foreign law. By turns, it takes into consideration the American common law, France and Québec. In the final part, we deviate from orthodoxy. Instead of any conclusions, we express the hope that the reader will specifically consider the cases presented are useful.
