Summary/Abstract: In this paper we investigate the influence of national cultures on tourist demand and supply and on the perception of tourists about the quality of tourism product. Organizational aspects of the influence of national cultures in tourism organizations are analyzed. Results of our investigation about the cultural dimensions individuality and masculinity (based on the Hofstede theory) in tourism and hospitality sector in Serbia are given.
