Summary/Abstract: In the contemporary world, environmental protection and improvement priority a global society, together with efforts to achieve lasting world peace, economic growth, social justice and democracy. Economic development based on the irresponsible use of natural resources has been caused by a number of consequences. No dilemma that a strong economy and healthy environment and correspond to each condition.
