Summary/Abstract: In Vojvodina, out of 2.031.992 inhabitants, there are 162.081 inhabitants with high and higher education, which is 7,97%. Within this number, there are 73 485 inhabitants (3,62%) with high education, and 88.596 or 4,36% with higher education. Out of the total number of inhabitants with the high and higher education, in towns in Vojvodina there are 129.728 inhabitants of 80,04%, and in rural settlements there are 32.353 inhabitants or 19,96%. Out of the total number of inhabitants with the high and higher education, there are 83.861 male inhabitants or 51,74%, and there are 78.220 female inhabitants or 48,26%.
