Summary/Abstract: The subject of this essay is Nietzsche’s philosophy of the life. In this work we analyze two types of instincts and we ascertain that the aesthetic instinct in relation to the ethical instinct has superior character in the aspect of origin and in the aspect of function too. The artistic instinct is a derivative of the natural instinct that does not accept ethical indications or moralistic examinations. Such an instinct is the impassable threshold of the tendency of acquiring or giving moral. Such an instinct does not prefer that the art may lose.
