Summary/Abstract: Implementation of effective management systems in higher education establishments is a requisite condition for improving the functioning of such schools in market economy conditions. The authors of this paper have proposed an electronic system of accounting documentation and control as the principal element of an effective accounting information system supporting the management of a territorially dispersed educational establishment.
