Summary/Abstract: Article “Neo-Normanism in Leningrad: Origins and Results” by S. V. Tomsinsky appeared in the journal Stratum Plus no. 5, 2014. This article rises some questions. Why is it called Leningrad’s? Does “Neo-Normanism” exist now? Why “neo-”? There is no reason to distinguish some special kind of “Leningrad’s neo-Normanism” and even fewer reasons to talk about “the end of its development”. Just the other way about, we must point out emergence of a new phenomenon — neo-Antinormanism, which is on the intersection between historical science and folk history.
