Summary/Abstract: The goal of this article is to identify the best e-banking websites in Poland in 2016 from the point of view of an individual client. The use of modern ICT tools to communicate with e-banking clients creates a competitive advantage and provides banks with new possibilities to render banking services in the way which is convenient for customers. Following a brief electronic banking in Poland presentation, the assumptions adopted for the conducted research are described. A scoring method, a scoring method with preferences and a conversion method are used in the studies. In order to obtain the data for the present analysis, an electronic evaluation form was made available via the Internet. Subsequently, on the basis of the obtained findings, multidimensional analyses, presented the resultant conclusions and recommendations are carried out.
