Summary/Abstract: The article concerns the question of execution of contracts of which consumerbankrupt is a party. Of particular interest is that general bankruptcy laws concerning theabove issue (i.e.execution of contracts of which a bankrupt is a party) are only mutatismutandis (and not directly) applicable to consumer bankruptcy situations. This mode ofregulation may evoke doubts as to how far general bankruptcy laws can be modified asfar as consumer bankruptcy is concerned so that ratio legis of this latter institution isfulfilled, that is, a bankrupt debtor was fully liberated from his obligations.
