Summary/Abstract: The present article is an approximation of institutions merchandising and its applicationin practice in Polish trade. This requires in the first place to analyze the sameinstitution merchandising and normative acts on the basis of which the agreements areconcluded for the provision of business merchandising. Particular attention should bepaid to the commercial use of the image of the legal and economic aspects and problemsrelated to this.
