To complete or To Stop Further Privatisation of Public Utilities

Summary/Abstract: In the circumstances of sharpening of the accumulation of capital systemic crisis in world proportions, to which power bearers in the center of the world capitalist system react with neo-Keynesian measures of (re)nationalization of one part of financial institutions and industrial corporations, this paper explores the question whether in Serbia until the end of 2010 should be ended compulsory and illegitimate privatization of the public service systems. Speeded up completion of privatization are demanding and attempt to realize with or without use of force foreign and domestic ideological and political representatives of transnational bank and corporate capital. While preaching privatization they call themselves upon ever less popular and in other parts of the world ever more abandoned neoliberal strategy of deregulation, liberalization and privatization, that are most detrimental for the standard and quality of life of wide layers of population.
