MODERN TRENDS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE ENTREPRENEURS

Summary/Abstract: The article presents current trends in the professional training of future entrepreneurs in Ukraine, that are used by public institutions of higher education and vocational training, as well as by private educational institutions. It was found out that imitation technology of education for training future entrepreneurs is spreading in Ukraine called a training firm. There were systematized and identified the main components of the professional expertise of an entrepreneur, his professional skills and competencies were described in detail. It is proved that the competence of an entrepreneur consists of his abilities, experience and professional skills. It was done a review of historical stages of the development of Ukrainian business, as well as the genesis of formal education in the specialty “Entrepreneurship” in higher educational institutions of Ukraine. Under the influence of globalization, scientific and technological progress, structural transformation of the economy and the formation of the knowledge society there will be a further diversification of forms and types of education for entrepreneurs.
