The importance of CSR in relations of cooperative bank with employees − case study

Summary/Abstract: The study focuses attention on the importance of CSR in relations of the cooperative bank with employees, in particular in the regulations and ethical personnel policy. The main aim of this work is to present the importance of CSR in relations of cooperative bank with employees and an analysis of the bank’s internal regulations concerning the area of staff in its context. The article uses the case study method, which means that it is of the presentation of the conclusions nature which are drawn from the analysis of the internal material of a cooperative bank regulating the area of relationships with employees of the bank in the context of the implementation of the concept of CSR assumptions by the bank.
