Specific Rules of Civil Liability of the Doctor for Malpraxis

Summary/Abstract: Our research aims to draw the main coordinates of the civil liability of the doctor for malpractice. The specific issues will be treated starting with the presentation of the national legal framework and the analysis of the essential conditions for the engagement of this responsibility, then proceeding to the approach of the main obligations of the medical staff towards the patients, from the perspective of the jurisprudential solutions and the interpretations of the doctrine. In the final part, we will try to capture the impact of introducing new medical techniques and procedures on civil liability, presenting "telemedicine" as a new challenge in a field of constantly changing professionals.
