Summary/Abstract: The introduction of the paper deals with bossing, the form of workplace bullying. Since the termination of employment is the most frequent consequence of bullying caused by employer, in the paper, the analysis of individual types of behavior of the employer is introduced and then demonstrated on current decisions of Czech courts. In relation to this analysis, the validity of the conduct of employer is assessed.
