Summary/Abstract: Game damage liability poses special type of civil liability which is regulated by Act No. 449/2001 Coll. (lex specialis) and by Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (lex generalis). Damage inflicted by game represents relevant phenomenon whose solution vested into civil liability requires responsible attitude of legislator and judicial precision.
