Summary/Abstract: The article points to the essence of membership satisfaction and loyalty in clusters. In relation to the research outcomes collected among the selected managers in Polish clusters, their approach to membership satisfaction and loyalty management was characterized, including the implementation of research and analysis in this area. The article includes also some exogenous and endogenous factors that determine the need or even the requirement of efficient management attributed to the membership satisfaction and loyalty in clusters
