Summary/Abstract: The author presents issues of proinnovative industrial policy in Poland and China. He describes the reasons for this policy in current conditions of the economies of the aforementioned countries. The author analyses certain former circumstances regarding the systems of the states and national economies in Poland and China. He presents the valid contents of proinnovative industrial policy in the aforementioned states. The author recognises strict connections between important challenges ahead of both countries and contents of their proinnovative industrial policies.
