Public finance in Poland in the perspective of the stability and growth pact

Summary/Abstract: We understand public finance as the management of the public resources to satisfy collective needs. It reflects social and economic relations. The article describes the way public finance is presented as well as its range. Next the author shows the problems of finance balance and public policy aims in order to describe a new document of finance stability being the challenge to the UE countries (especially those which belong to the euro zone). At the end there was presented Polish public finance condition in the recession and described the reforms in the public sector connected with the new document of finance stability.
