Summary/Abstract: This paper discussed issues of mutual influence of different factors on the productivity of labor in the Ukraine. The factors of direct and indirect effects. The possibility of using cognitive modeling techniques to investigate the influence of different factors on productivity. Cognitive map shows the formation of labor productivity in manufacturing plants in Ukraine.
