Summary/Abstract: The 20th century reopened the martyrdom. All the signs of this age claim holiness. It should be noted that there were thousands of people who were sanctified in this century of darkness. . They were helped by God to survive to testify in favor of the Truth. Now these holy people mobilize us for an authentic Christian experience through their way of life, living after Christ. Their lives reveal the authentic Christian values and then they were guiding. And this life, which has much in common with that of the saints, is worthwhile to follow. And the life of Father Dimitrie Bejan is a testimony and a confession with the double experience of detention both in the Soviet Union and especially in Romania. A sacred ministry, a confessor, but also a true fighter for the unity of the faith and the nation he was part of, will remain for centuries.
