Summary/Abstract: Key tendencies of modern development of automobile transport complex of Ukraine are considered, factors of decrease of investment attractiveness of the domestic automobile enterprises are defined. Directions of enhancement of a state policy in improving investment climate of an automobile complex of Ukraine are presented.
