Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the role of the formation of new mechanisms of economic management. That is why the company management should look for effective ways of personnel management and its improvement which, in its turn, provides the activation of human factor. Each employee of the enterprise must be motivated and the efficiency of the motivation depends on the motivating part of labour potential of the enterprise.
