Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the principal external risks and threats to Ukraine's public finances related to a new stage of development of financial - economic crisis. Much attention is paid to the situation emerging in major trade relations between Ukraine and Russia, the EU, China. We have recommendations for mitigating the negative influence of external factors on the sector of public finance in Ukraine.
