Summary/Abstract: In today's unstable economic conditions for the enterprises, their governmental policies and industrial and commercial activity will become effective financial difficulties caused by a foreign national problems: unstable political situation, an inadequate legal framework, non-payments crisis, the decline in production and internal: inefficient use of funds, imperfect marketing, lack of production and financial management, imbalances in financial flows. The process of transition has not ended to this day. In today's unstable economic conditions for the enterprises, their governmental policies and industrial and commercial activity will become effective financial difficulties caused by a foreign national problems: unstable political situation, an inadequate legal framework, non-payments crisis.
