Status of the Archival Material Stored in the Historical Archives of the Church

Summary/Abstract: The status of the national archival resource is divided into a state and non-state. The archival materials produced by the churches and religious associations belong to the non-state registered archives. The legislator imposes restrictions on the owners of the archival materials. The archival materials must be listed, protected from damage, destruction, loss and given the necessary maintenance as well as made them available for the researchers. The legislator prohibits their export, trade and sale to the other entities except the State Treasury.
