The Elections and the nationwide referendum on the Polish sea-going vessels. Facts, conclusions, observation

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the elections to the Sejm and the Senate, the presidential elections, the elections to the European Parliament as well as the nationwide referendum that are held on the Polish sea-going vessels (in the meaning of the Electoral Code). The author pays special attention to the specific competences of the shipmaster. Basing on quoted rules and their practical application the author comments (also critically) the present regulations and makes proposals of their amendment.
