Summary/Abstract: The modern world is dangerously evolving. Ensuring security, especially national security and state security, requires mandatory reliance on all the capabilities that the nation holds. An interesting process is the design of a defense system, especially when architects care about the potential that is prepared for every eventuality, namely the need to involve their own operational forces in international security operations, as well as activities aimed at preserving defense capabilities in their own territory. This value is known by mature strategic cultures. Beside, the concern for technological modernization, they also cultivate the defensive esprit de corps and the national ethos.
