Summary/Abstract: The article describes the main ways of person exit from a crisis situation. A comparison of traditional problem-centered therapy and brief-term solution-focused (BSFT) therapy is presented. The BSFT method was applied for rehabilitation of soldiers from the East of Ukraine and gave positive results.
