Summary/Abstract: The author analyzes several contracts, some of the so-called. “Contracts in the field of higher forms of economic cooperation”. These are: an agreement on long-term production cooperation, agreement on technical cooperation and agreement on the breeding of goods. Given the economic importance of these agreements, each of them is given due attention and pointed to their importance, the legal nature and their essential elements, the legal regime of contract, legal sources for the regulation of contracts and the rights and obligations of the parties
