Summary/Abstract: The author has suggested confirming a legislative definition of technological security. The author’s classification of threats to the national technological security by separate categories has been created. Confirming a legislative definition of a category«innovative espionage» has been suggested. The author proposes to amend the current legislation in order to efficiently regulate relationships related to the national technological security support.
