Summary/Abstract: The article researches issues of entrepreneurial freedom, possible restrictions of such an activity, and its general principles. The author analyzes the constitutional and legal and economic and legal support of entrepreneurship. Consequences of the interference in the entrepreneurial freedom are considered. The author pays special attention to legal measures of guaranteeing the entrepreneurial freedom.
