Summary/Abstract: The article is dedicated to the research of issues of the state support of business entities on the basis of respective organizational and economic mechanisms. The author analyzes a list of methods and forms of the state stimulation of the innovative development of industrial companies. The article emphasizes that the systematization of the methods enables to determine the most effective legal measures providing the development of the modern innovative production from the standpoint of a complex approach.
