Impact of environmental constraints of space management on the value of real estates in health spas based on Kołobrzeg

Summary/Abstract: The article shows how environmental conditions affect the value of real estates in urban spas. Consideration is based on the city of Kołobrzeg, which is one of the largest spas in Poland. Kołobrzeg has unique environmental values, which helps gain a lot of tourists as well as investors, both in the economic and housing sphere. Value analysis of undeveloped property in Kołobrzeg pointed to the influence of environmental conditions and space management on their value.
